MODERN OHIO REALTY was launched in January of 2018 by Jason Hottle, a passionate devotee of Modern architecture and an entrepreneur who believes in continuously finding better, more modern, ways to buy and sell real estate. He grew up in rural Ohio on a working farm and has lived in several homes and condos in Columbus’ urban neighborhoods. He cares deeply about being an integral part of the communities in which he resides and fosters community engagement with his Agents. He started MODERN OHIO in order to be able to share his love of residential real estate and his keen insight into the city’s unique neighborhoods with buyers and sellers in Central Ohio.
