The backstory:
MODERN OHIO REALTY started as a team of two in 2017 in Franklinton. Our Broker, Jason Hottle, and Erin Eichel started a real estate team at the Columbus Idea Foundry and then launched an Independent Brokerage the following year. We’ve moved twice into larger spaces, first to the original Cova Cowork location behind Bottoms Up and most recently spent 2-1/2 years within private offices at Cova Cowork inside Gravity. During our combined time at Cova, MODERN OHIO REALTY Agents helped open nearly 250 doors for new owners!
We’re moving:
MODERN OHIO REALTY is in our fifth year as a local independent brokerage and we’re still growing! We were excited to find a large office open up at the Columbus Idea Foundry! It’s now part of Gravity so we could technically stay within the footprint of this great Franklinton development. On April 1st, MODERN OHIO REALTY took up residence in Suite 224 in the Southeast corner of the building with views of our neighbors at 400 W. Rich, Land Grant Brewing Company, Brew Dog, and Strongwater Columbus. We’re excited to return to our original location in the heart of the Franklinton Arts District for the next chapter!
Franklinton Fridays:
We’ll be hosting a low key open house on April 8th from 4-6 PM prior to the April Franklinton Friday events. Each 2nd Friday, Franklinton businesses, galleries, studios, bars, and restaurants stay open late with special events and entertainment. Early @MODOHIO clients will remember our office happy hours in 2017 and 2018. We’re excited to bring them back in 2022 and hope you’ll stop by to check out the new space!
